Aims
This internationally recognised course is certified by the Departments of Health. As its name suggests, it provides a First Aid approach to Mental Health and gives delegates with the understanding and skills to;
- Spot early signs of mental distress
- Provide initial comfort and support to someone experiencing mental distress
- Guide a person towards professional help
This course is interactive and participants to discuss, acknowledge and identify positive methods and skills.
Who is this course for?
Anyone can learn Mental Health First Aid. The course doesn’t require any prior knowledge of mental health. It is therefore suitable for people working in a wide variety of roles.

Cost
£150.00 per delegate with a max of 12.
£100 per delegate for in house training with room and refreshments provided by employer, with a min of six and max of 12.
